Been feeling like this lately?
Yeah me too.
Howzabout a little Pinterest challenge?
Short, sweet, simple: every week, DO something from your pinboards.
Or from someone else's pinboards.
Or just something that you've been meaning to try in general.
So what's got your fingers (or your tummy) itching?
Fabric-lined envelopes and Mod Podge pencils are at the top of my list.
Maybe a lace t-shirt?
or possibly some tinted glue?
Apple cheddar scones?
Peanut butter cocoa?!
(gahh!!)
Next Tuesday we'll do a little linky party so you can show off your stuff.
Sound good?
I hope so, because I will feel really silly if no one links up!
SO to get the ball rolling, here's my pin-did (hee) for the week...
Brown butter pumpkin spice krispie treats!!
And I am here to testify -- they really are that good.
{I mean, we gotta start this thing off on the right foot.}
Let's get out there and start pin-diddly-DOING!
YEAH! (punches fist in the air, rock star style.)
And we'll get away from so much of this...

I love this idea! I'm going to go figure one of the endless pins I would love to try!
Great idea! :) Those sound really good!
Great idea! I actually did try one thing already from my pins and I felt really good about it :)
Um, those rice krispies look amazing! I'm SO going to make those.
Great idea! I want to participate. Can we make a blog button for this challenge?
Love this challenge! I've managed to get a few projects done that were inspired by pins, but not nearly enough. I'll definitely be back next week!!
that is funny. . . i just got done with preschool and we played with tinted glue today. yay for one checked off the list! only 849 more to go. . .
haha! I'm actually having a pinterest party friday night! Everyone bring a treat you've been wanting to make and the stuff to make one of those crafts you thought was so cute. SO I might even have something to show off!
Mmmmm, those rice krispies look good! Much better than my pinterest fail over the weekend . . . healthy, "delicious" (LIES LIES LIES!) chocolate chip cookie dough dip. With chickpeas in it. Guess what it tasted like? CHOCOLATE CHIP HUMMUS. And that recipe is running rampant on pinterest right now . . . don't let it hurt you like it hurt me.
Fun! I'm in!!
eek! I made a board for pinned things I've completed...thanks for the inspiration! Great idea...woohoo.
My daughter Katie told me about Pin Did - great idea. I'd love to join in next week!
Oh, this is such a GREAT idea! I was just talking with a friend yesterday about how many awesome things I have on my boards that I feel I'll never be able to get to them all. One thing a week is completely doable, right? See you next Tuesday!
I have not gone on Pinterest yet. I know it will be a huge time sucker and frankly I don't have time for everything I need to get done now. I am avoiding that site like the plague.
i haven't joined pinterest yet...and i say yet after seeing a few friends and their boards. jeeez! i think i'm going to attempt that lace shirt on your list-with all the lace we got at mom's house. word.
I like this, I really like this. Pinterest seems to just encourage procrastinating new projects!
Sounds fun - and productive! oh.ah.
what a great idea! working on the challenge right now. can't wait for it to come out of the oven... yum!
Hi! Brand new to your blog and I just love it. I love your header--especially that vintage library card. My "blog card" is the same kind of thing. I used a real, vintage library card and put the info for my blog on it. I am working on making a new header right now and using it. I like yours a lot.
Anyway, about the challenge. I don't pin. I look occasionally but I am wary of getting sucked into another time drain. I do love it every time I indulge in a little peek. The other day I searched cuckoo clocks and it was a very frutiful search.
I made that tinted glue--from her blog--and it was great. I had no paint so I used food coloring, My kids thought it was so much fun. Hours of enjoyment.
I'm excited to see all the things people try for your challenge.
Love from,
Greta
Looove this idea! It's about time I did something with all that inspiration! I will definitely be linking up next week!
I started a board solely for the pinterest projects that myself and my girlfriends have completed. It's filling up pretty quickly! Follow me! The board is "Shoulda, Coulda, Did!"
This is fabulous! I have over 600 pins on my board and at least 300 of them are DIY projects, so I love your idea and trying to accomplish some of them! Will definitely be linking up!
This sounds like fun!! I am going to try! Give me some motivation!
