man cub

I'll spare you the baby private parts picture, but believe me when I say that this kiddo is most definitely a man child. Richard is stoked, I am excited/bewildered, and the girls seem confused {a what now?}. I told R that we could always dress the baby in pink to save on a whole new baby wardrobe, but that idea got categorically vetoed.
Oh yes, this is going to be my man's-man man-child. {got all that?}

That's so exciting! I know what you mean about man's-man, man-child...that's going to be David when we have a boy. I'm kind of glad that our 1st is going to be a girl so it can mellow him out a little. Boys are so much fun!

Did you know that pink use to be a boy's color? And blue was for girls?

"From then until the 1940s, pink was considered appropriate for boys because being related to red it was the more masculine and decided color, while blue was considered appropriate for girls because it was the more delicate and dainty color, or related to the Virgin Mary."

From the wiki. :)
