It's a cozy, rainy day today. The ice is melting, little by little, and signs of Spring are starting to appear, almost covertly, like they're afraid the last bits of winter might nip 'em in the bud (they're right).
Fabrics all cut, packaged, and sent for the Rosey Little Bee. I'm so excited!
And one happy little chickie, all ready to splash in the mud! (She's starting to dress herself. Love it.)

Spring is in the air here!!! I put jackets (NOT coats) on the kids and then we headed up to Cache Valley - oops! It's still winter there. As soon as we hit Sardine I realized that we were all dressed for light breezes, not snow fun. Oh well. It's our way of saying we're ready!
Hi Amanda - Just a word of encouragement from across the Lake. This blizzard has gripped us hard in Burlington, making thoughts of Spring seem far away. Knowing it is your first Winter in the northern climes - faith and good cheer, Spring *will* come!
My teenagers and a friend are cooking up pancakes and bacon and hot chocolate after shoveling *mountains* of snow from our yard. Sending good smells and warm thoughts your way.
Best, Andrea
